sweet fifteen

last weekend i had the privilege of shooting a lovely lady for her upcoming 15th birthday. the mexicans celebrate the coming of age of a girl at 15, called a quinceañera. it is similar to celebrating a sweet 16. i had a fabulous time on the shoot, in which miss d.'s mom accompanied us. what a photogenic young lady she is! thank you for being so easy-going!

sunflower garden

one of our neighbors planted sunflowers outside our doorstep...they are enormous! i cant help but share their beauty! hope you enjoy them.
